On Friday the 14th of August Evelyn, a member of the Block Dog Institute, conducted the ‘Mental Fitness’ seminar for our Secondary students. The students learned what mental fitness is, what it looks like in our day-to-day lives and how we can build mental strength, flexibility and endurance. They were given two activities that they can use to develop their mental health. The first was to make a list of three things they are grateful for every day and the second was a mindfulness activity.
